In diagram palette symbols, part of the symbol is not visible in left and top side

Issue can be seen for example in this demo: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/diagram/default-functionalities.html

When looking carefully the symbols in the symbol palette, part of the symbol on the left and top is not visible

 (1px or less)
. For some symbols (for example the one in the attachment screenshot), the line width is thinner in the left and top side when comparing to other lines in the symbol.
