Provide support to display both BackgroundImage and BackgroundColor in GradientPanel

Currently, when applying the BackgroundColor and BackgroundImage, the
BackgroundColor is 
painted over the image. Due to this, the image is not displayed. Hence, need to provide support to display both
BackgroundImage
and the BackgroundColor.
