Can't click on highlighted text when SfImageEditor is in the page

I'm experiencing a situation where in the pages of my application that contain the SFImageEditor, any text that is highlighted on the screen appears to be blocking click events.

The editor is defined like so:
Empty

and if I comment that out of the razor, then the problem doesn't happen anymore.

Are there any styles that would be imported by the editor that might cause this?


The ImageEditor is the only syncfusion component in the page and I have the following packages installed:
