Support to export chart along with annotations

Currently, when annotations are specified for a chart, only the chart itself will be exported. This is because the elements rendered by the annotations are not supported by the SVG element, so they cannot be exported along with the chart. Now, we need to provide support for exporting the chart with other elements, such as annotations.
