When milliseconds are included in DateTimePicker, the change event gets fired after the first time losing focu

When milliseconds are included in DateTimePicker, the change event gets fired after the first time losing focus.


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Focus on the first DateTimePicker and then focus out; observe that the change event will trigger.
  3. To confirm this issue, please check the same case with the second DateTimePicker. 

 

Expected: When including milliseconds in date time picker, the change event should not get fired after the first time losing focus.

 

Current: When including milliseconds in date time picker, the change event should not get fired after the first time losing focus.
