After invalid file upload and any files dragged after that will not upload

After invalid file upload and any files dragged after that will not upload.

Reproduction Steps:

  • Run the attached sample.
  • Drag or browse the zip file
  • And drag or browse the pdf file
  • You can see the issue

Expected Behavior: Valid file should upload properly

Current Behavior: After invalid file upload and any files dragged after that will not upload.
