Issue in Resizing Frozen Columns

Several issues are occurring in frozen columns while resizing.

  1. Resize first column, then again resize 2nd column. You may not be able to resize 2nd column.
  2. Resize Description column towards left, you may find an issue.
  3. Resize First column, then scroll scrollbar towards right, you may find an issue.
Above reported issues are breaking issues occurs from v24.1.41.
