The PasteCleanupSettings is not functioning on the InPlaceEditor and its type is 'RTE'

The PasteCleanupSettings feature is not functioning on the InPlaceEditor and its type is 'RTE'.

Replication Procedure:

  • Run the sample.  
  • Copy the code from any website and paste it on the ‘RTE’ type inplaceEditor
  • You can see the issue

Expected:   PasteCleanupSettings should working on inplaceeditor as working in RTE component

Current :  PasteCleanupSettings feature is not functioning on the InPlaceEditor and its type is 'RTE'.
