Support to customize the RibbonControlAdv in Office2016Black Theme

Currently, the RibbonControlAdv supports customization in the Office2016Colorful theme by using Office2016ColorTable property.
But, it is unable to be customized in the Office2016Black theme. Need to provide support for customizing the RibbonControlAdv in the Office2016Black Theme.
