Need to provide support for adding additional information from a datasource in bulletchart tooltip

Current behavior: As of now we can only pass value and target in default tooltip and in tooltip template.

Expected behavior: We need to provide support to show more information from datasource in tooltip as like tooltipMappingName property in chart. This will provide users to show more information in chart tooltip.
