DataGrid - Editing Not working consistently with no Errors Thrown

At least on version 24.1.43 & 24.1.44 (potentially earlier, have not tested further back), the DataGrid Edit Functionality is not consistently working and is not firing any errors in the browser or dev consoles.  In the attached example, you can continually add rows and maybe edit 1 row, but subsequent edits of any row just sit idle after clicking update - no browser errors or logs in browser console/network debugger, like its not even firing the event anymore.  This seems primarily impacted on grids with related data/GridForeignColumn references, as the example shows (OrderStatus column).
