Provide the separate settings class support for each visual states in the .NET MAUI

Description:

Provide in-build settings class support for the visual states in the MAUI control. It will helps to customize the appearance of the control while maintaining the default behavior and structure.

Use case:

Having inherited classes with default VisualState settings would streamline the customization process, providing a more user-friendly and intuitive experience. Users could then efficiently make targeted adjustments without the need for source code inspection or manual property copying. This enhancement would contribute to a more accessible and flexible customization approach for Syncfusion controls.
