Support to access the properties in the ColumnSizer class from the sample level

Currently, the `CalculateCellSize` method and `DataGrid` property within the `ColumnSizer` class cannot be accessed from the sample level due to their restricted protection level.

Provide support to access these properties included in the `ColumnSizer` class.

Note: These method and properties are accessible in Xamarin DataGrid.
