Animation support for the data points alteration in the chart

Current Behavior

Animation in chart is only on initial rendering.

Expected Behavior

We need to provide support to enable animation based on points alteration in chart. For example, in live data, we continuously pass data at certain time intervals. Currently, data gets added without animation. To experience smooth data updates, we need to set animations for individual points.
