Split the ConfigureSyncfusionCore method into individual Configure methods for each components

Description:

Need to provide support to reduce the size of the application based on the individual components in .NET MAUI Core. To enhance the efficiency of the core assembly, divide the ConfigureSyncfusionCore method into individual Configure methods for each component or component group.

Use case:

This approach would enable users to selectively opt-in to the desired features and reducing the size of Syncfusion.Maui.Core.dll in applications.
