Tab navigation inside the filter popup for Menu and CheckBox filter

In the filter popup, while navigating the popup using tab key, the focus is moving outside of the filter popup in checkbox and menu filter.

In the Excel type filter, the focus is stayed inside the filter popup while performing tab navigation.
