While loading the spinner component, the loading information is not read by the NVDA reader

Need to add the aria-label to our spinner component in order to read by the NVDA reader while loading.



Replication steps: 


  1. Run the sample
  2.  Open the NVDA Reader and check whether the loading status is being read by the reader.
