SfGantt - Resize Timeline Handles

It would be good to have the option of using resize handles on the timeline (similar to grid columns).  The handle would enable an easy / intuitive way for the user to over-ride the TimescaleUnit.

If this is implemented, I'd suggest that resize events be included as well to enable further customisation of behaviour.
