Include Razor Pages examples in ASP.NET Core Documentation

The current ASP.NET Core UG documentation focuses on ASP.NET Core Web App (MVC) scenarios. Improve the documentation based on controls context of an ASP.NET Core Web App (Razor Pages). 
For example

- Need to use code snippet in razor pages directly instead of Controller.
