Improve the SfDatePicker rendering behavior in high resolution machine based on the Virtualization concept

Current implementation behavior:

As per the current implementation, DatePicker control does not support for high resolution machine such as Resoultion: 3840 x 2400 and Scale: 250%

Need to improve:

We have identified an OS limitation with the CanvasImageSource size. To address this, we plan to improve the control architecture virtualization by implementing a maximum size restriction aligned with the resolution.
