Provide event support after the save operation in the grid for batch editing

Need to provide an event that can be triggered after the save operation grid.  It should work for adding, updating, and deleting operations as well as batch editing.


Please find attached a demo.

At the bottom of Index.razor are 2 methods. I need to run RunMeAfterBatchSaveHandler, once 

BatchSaveHandler has completed. This means once the grid is not visually showing any changes, and the datasource has been updated.
