Implement the FallBackFontsCollections to save the form field with custom fonts

We have used the Helvetica font for form fields. So, the PDF standard doesn't support the unicode text. So, we need implement the FallBackFontsCollections as in the EJ2 platform to save the form field with custom fonts.
