.NET 8: DateTime from Excel with additional nano seconds

After upgrading from .NET 6 to .NET 8 DateTimes are not parsed the same way from Excel. The DateTime is off by 2 nano seconds. Please run the attached .NET Solution and take look at the output:

Actual:   2021-03-17 07:15:00.0000002
