Implement IsImageZoomed property in MAUI SfImageEditor control

The IsImageZoomed property is currently available in the Xamarin Forms SfImageEditor control, enabling users to programmatically determine whether the image is zoomed.

 

Therefore, implement the IsImageZoomed property in the MAUI SfImageEditor control, allowing users to access information about whether the image is currently zoomed without relying on user interactions.
