Zoom Factor property does not return properly on SfDiagram


Replication procedure: 
1.Run the sample.
2.Click Zoom button click
3.Apply the zoom factor value from (0.4 to 4)
4.You can check the return value of zoom factor
5.Its return 100 like that.
