ShowClearButton not displayed when "AllowEdit" is set to "false"

When "AllowEdit" is set to 'false,' the clear button is not displayed. 


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Focus on the component and observe the issue where the clear icon is not displayed. 

Expected: The clear button should be displayed when "AllowEdit" is set to "false"

Actual: ShowClearButton is not displayed when "AllowEdit" is set to "false"
