Provide a Tab Header Alignment support for .NET MAUI SfTabView when 'TabWidthMode' is set to 'SizeToContent'

Need to provide a support for Tab Header Alignment.

Existing behavior:

  • Generally the Tab Header is aligned to the start position, when the '
    TabWidthMode' is set to 'SizeToContent'.
Expected feature:

  • Need to provide a support for Tab Header Alignment, with this feature, users can customize the alignment based on their preferences,
     
    when the '
