File Formats PDF form flattening text size

The issue is that PDF form flattening does not consider overflow when dealing with text fields. With form fields, the PDF will shrink the text if it is too long to fit within the field, but flattening the form uses the original font size of the field and does not similarly shrink text, causing some text to be cut off in the flattened version.
