Splitter Pane Fails to Resize After Dynamic Visibility Change to True/False

Description:

The splitter pane does not adjust its size after dynamically changing the visibility to true/false.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample application.
  2. Click on the "Visible False" button and then the "Visible True" button.
  3. Click on the "Collapse" button in the third pane.
  4. Click on the "Visible False" button and then the "Visible True" button again.
  5. Attempt to resize the third pane.

Expected Behavior: The third pane should resize accordingly.

Actual Behavior: The third pane does not resize as expected.
