Formatting applied to extraneous linespace for free text annotation in PDF Viewer and downloaded document

When adding a freetext annotation with multiple paragraphs and introducing additional line space, applying format options such as underline or strikethrough affects the surplus line space on both the PDF viewer and the downloaded PDF. This issue needs to be fixed.
