Few areas are not highlighted in the downloaded document

Add a highlight annotations. After downloading the PDF, open it in any PDF viewer and carefully inspect the highlighted regions. Note that certain areas may not be appropriately highlighted in the downloaded PDF file. This issue shoud be fixed.
