ButtonEdit can not be moved after placed on the form

ButtonEdit can not be moved or resized after placed on a form.

Visual Studio: Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Current Version 17.8.3

Syncfusion: Community Edition

Project: VB.NET, Target: .net framework 4.8


My first try to use Syncfusion Essential Studio. Tried to remove, drop again, restart, but nothing changes.
