In ComboBox, GroupTemplate with enableRtl set to true enables rightward scrolling movement of grouping text

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample .
  2. Click the dropdown.
  3. Scroll down . See the issue .

Expected: When scrolling , the grouping text doesn’t move towards to right.

Current : When scrolling , the grouping text moves towards to right.
