Multiple selection checkbox with single key in pdf

I have one pdf in which I have field name RB3, that field has 4 checkboxes, how can i identify one of them and check specific checkboxes. In Android(java) acro form there is a option setValue(field.onValues(index)). 

I want to do the same in flutter.
