Empty grid message does not display correctly when drag and drop is enabled

See the screenshot below of two empty grids. The grid on top has drag and drop disabled. The grid on the bottom has drag and drop enabled. Notice how the message is displayed differently in the two grids. The StackBlitz to reproduce this problem is available here:
