Support for customizing the DateTime display format in the CheckBox filter within the filter pop-up menu

As of now, the default format consistently displays only the Date in the Checkbox filter menu. However, when users have multiple values with the same date and different times, the DateTime display format is applied, resulting in duplicate values showing only the Date.

Provide support to customizing the DateTime display format in the CheckBox filter within the filter pop-up menu to change the format from the sample level.
