GroupExpand is not working with Enter Key


Group Expand is not working with Enter Key. Group collapse works fine but Group expand is not working.


Replication: 
Run the attached sample.
Navigate and move to group expand/collapse icon.
Press enter key from group expand/collapse icon. It collapses the groped row.
But pressing enter key again does not expand the grouped rows.
