Exception is thrown when try to show tooltip with builder data label

Description:

When adding two data points to the data source for a pie series, if you tap the 1st legend and then attempt to show the tooltip for the second segment, an exception occurs due to the 'labelRect is not initialized' issue. This problem arises when using the data label builder.

 

Replication Steps:

  1. Use builder property in the dataLabelSettings.
  2. Toggle the 1st legend.
  3. Then tap on the pie segment to display tooltip.
  4. The reported exception will throw in source.
