ExportAnnotationsAsObjectAsync() method throws an error when the last annotation is deleted

The customer invokes the ExportAnnotationsAsObjectAsync() function while removing the annotation. If we remove the last annotation ExportAnnotationsAsObjectAsync() will throw the error "Export annotations action has failed; please ensure annotations are added properly" in the error details. We need to resolve this reported issue.
