Providing a support for Locale property in the .NET MAUI Calendar (SfCalendar)

Current behavior:

Localization will be applied based on the CultureInfo like below code snippet in App.xaml.cs.

  CultureInfo.CurrentUICulture = new CultureInfo("fr-FR");

Need to provide:
Need to provide Locale property support from the calendar control.
