DateRange is not maintained properly when we select the month and focusout the component

DateRangePicker component is not working correctly for locales like Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden. We have a daterangepicker with depth='Year' format="MMM, y" when the Locale is Serbia or any of the mentioned above if we change the selection to different month and click outside the daterangepicker component the date range is not maintained & the selection is reset to January of the current year.

Reproduction Steps:

  • Run the attached sample.
  • switch to french culture
  • And select the month range and focusout the component
  • You can see the issue(month reset the january month)

Expected Behavior: Selected range should maintain even after focusout the component

Current Behavior: Selected month range is not maintained properly
