Support for displaying TreeView in disabled mode

Currently to display the TreeView in read-only mode, we need to disable editing and node reordering functionalities through separate properties. Parent node expand and collapse actions can be restricted by cancelling the expand and collapse events. We need to provide support for displaying the TreeView in disabled mode, for restricting any user action like expand/collapse nodes, editing, node reordering using a property.
