Improve the calendar timezone behavior of the Flutter Event Calendar (SfCalendar)

Current Behavior:

When set the timeZone for the calendar, current time indicator will be rendered based on the system time zone.

Need to improve:

1.When set the timeZone for the calendar, current time indicator will be rendered based on the provided time zone of the calendar.

2. Consider the timezone for calendar tapped date details.
