beforeOpen event triggers twice while preventing the popup from opening

Description :  When preventing the popup from opening, the 'beforeOpen' event triggers twice.

Replication Procedure:


  1. Run the sample.
  2. Click the dropdown icon to open the popup.
  3. Now see the console window the event triggered 2 times.

Expected Behavior: When preventing the popup from opening, the 'beforeOpen' event should trigger only once.

Actual Behavior: When preventing the popup from opening, the 'beforeOpen' event triggers twice.
