Dropdown list value not set in Form group when 'UpdateOn: 'blur'' type

Description : When set UpdateOn: 'blur' type in Form group the Dropdown list selected value was not set while focusout.

Replication Procedure : 

  1. Run the sample.
  2. select a value in dropdown list.
  3. Focus out the component.

Expected : The selected value was set on the right hand side form.

Actual : The selected value was not set on the form
