Gantt chart Arabic Globalization not working

Hi there,

I'm facing an issue with Globalization for the Gantt Chart, the days aren't showing in Arabic.

in my development app I'm using 
23.1.43 but in this demo provided I'm using 
23.1.44

It is not working for version
