Support to resize the BPMN text annotation node

The renderSelector method is invoked upon selecting a node, subsequently triggering the updateThumbConstraints method. Within that, a condition is examined to determine if the selected node is a BPMN text annotation node and we have removed the resize constraints from thumb constraints, we need to restrict that.
