Support for shape with line cap formatting in worksheet to image conversion

Currently, XlsIO doesn't have support for the shape with line cap formatting such as begin arrow type, begin arrow size, end arrow type, and end arrow size in worksheet to image conversion in core platform. This needs to be implemented.
