sfRating doesn't work in listview - many will have 0 rating

When using the rating control in a listview only some of them will display the value. I have a label in the template to display the value so I know the bindings and the models are correct.

I have an included project to duplicate the issue - I was also seeing this with Android but have only included the iOS build. It simply has a single page with a listview - scroll down and you'll notice how some of the ratings display their values while others don't.
