SymbolPalette refreshes symbols upon hovering on a symbol

This was introduced on version 22.1.34. The version that is available immediately before this one does not have this bug. So it was introduced with one of these:

Reproduction:

  1. Have an input search bar which reconstructs the symbols that are used in the symbolPalette upon search.
  2. This refreshes the list, as expected, with filtered values. Updating `palettes` prop.
  3. Hover over any symbol and it will trigger the bug.

Reproduction 2:
You can also reproduce the same problem without a search bar.

  1. Have two palettes in the symbolPalette.
  2. Have them both collapsed (not expanded)
  3. Expand both of them as quickly as you can. Expand bottom first, and then the top one.

Result:


  1. The palettes refresh again somehow (it triggers the paletteExpanding event)
  2. I can no longer see which symbol I'm hovering over, as there's no outline on the symbols anymore
  3. Clicking a symbol to select it, also does not highlight the selection anymore.
